WHAT ARE THE ASSETS OF THE COMPANY
DEFINATION:
An asset is the resource of company.
In other words:
Any thing own by financial company or organization is called asset. It can be in the form of cash or government securities, bonds and bills of exchange.
INTRODUCTION:
Any thing a company own is called assets of the company. The assets are recorded in the balance sheet of the company in dollar or rupees.
TYPES OF ASSETS:
There are some kinds of assets which are as under,
- Current Assets
- Investment
- Capital Assets
- Intangible Assets
CURRENT ASSETS:
Current assets mean those assets which change into cash is called current assets. It also includes liquid assets. Current assets include Cash, Bill Receivable, inventories and raw material of your company.
INVERSTMENT:
Investment means the utilization of money outside of your business is called investment. Investment includes securities such as stocks, bonds, cash and property.
CAPITAL ASSETS:
Capital assets are also called the fixed assets of the company. It is also known as the permanent things of company own. The capital assets are included, plant & machinery, land & building, equipments, tools, and vehicles of the company.
INTANGIBLE ASSETS:
Intangible assets are those assets that we can’t touch it. It includes, patent, rights and good will of the company.
