The period of 1995-2005 was the most realistic period for economic growth. There are many banks are facing this crisis. In 2007 many people withdraw their money from the banks in a higher amount. Now that’s the reason the banking sector now face the crisis very badly. There are many industries and companies are blaming this crisis. America also faced this crisis.
International Financial Crisis:
In 2007 the international financial stock markets are falling into a lower level. Now the financial crisis also faced by the many developed countries very badly. Due to this effect the currency value decreases very badly.
Financial Bubbles and Crashes:
Stock market financial bubbles and crashes are the facts of life. The ups and downs of prices are another fact of financial market.
Economic Crisis:
Economic crisis means when the unemployment and value of money decreases and there is a low level of trade and investment occurs.
Causes of Financial Crisis:
The financial crisis was established in 2007. The financial crisis developed due to unbalanced interest rates. The global economic crisis is now entering to the positive growth in many countries. This positive economic growth shows the better impact on the financial sector. But the unemployment remains a big problem in many countries. There are many countries who facing this problem very badly. Due to financial crisis many countries suffers a loss in their business sector. Many countries fired thousands of employees form their business sector. In future this matter can be solve in a better way.
